Two maintenance calls each year - one each heating and cooling season. Purpose: to inspect and to advise you of any needed repair (no repairs are made without your approval); and to prevent breakdown and maintain efficiency. Our inspections and checks include:

Furnace Tune-Up Includes:

  • Replace air filter
  • Check blower motor and blower wheel for cleanliness
  • Check supply air for carbon monoxide level
  • Inspect burners, igniter/pilot light
  • Check duct work and return plenum
  • Check overall condition of the system and make recommendations
